I need help with the clutch in my 1996 sportsman. How do u adjust it so that it does not rub the plastic housing/cover around it. Mine rubs the plastic cover when idling and when it is under stress such as crossing a rut or ditch. It has rubbed a hole though. any help would be appreciated. thanks

 

Welcome to the forums.It sounds like you will need a new clutch cover.Over time the older ones tend to sag.The new ones are made alot better.Your clutches are ok.
