Default Spark Clutch Spring Torque

I bought sparks fibers and heavy duty springs for my rap when I was installing them today two of the bolts broke. Should I be using heavy duty bolts? What should I torque the bolts to?

Thanks:

I actually just snugged mine up. I have the same kit and have taken them off to roughin up the plates. Sounds to me that you bottomed them out and kept going. They are really small bolts on there all ready. Did you get the broken peices out?

I got one out. I haven't tried the other. I needed to take a break.
