+3+1 Houser Long travel A-arms with Elka high end Quad rate racing fully adjustable shocks for Raptor $1300.....good?

Yes. The shocks are like 1k by themselves. The arms are $950 I believe. That sounds like a good deal as long as they are in good shape.

Are you sure the A-arms are +1 forward? I have the same package and paid $2000 last Spring. I love the shocks and the A-arms are holding up well, one set of replacement ball joints (all 4) in one year. The new style lower ball joints have a grease zerk, they should last longer than mine. The upper ball joint threads are soft, be careful not to crossthread the nut if you take them on and off often. The silver vein powder coating is tough. The Elka long travel shock covers suck, they are too stiff, don't last, and rub all the paint off the springs. There are better shock covers for long travel shocks, I bought a flame set from ebay after asking the seller if he had 19" covers. If I were you, I wouldn't run the elka shock covers at all unless you don't care about the spring paint.

If they are FULLY adjustable elka's they were $1400-1500 a pair - alone
