Default Keep getting flats?

I keep getting grass, dirt, and small rocks between the rim and tire on the outside. Eventualy the tire starts to deflate. I keep them at 7 psi and they are a little better but when I had them at 5 psi one or the other usually would get the stuff in there and go flat every other ride. Is this normal or am I riding them too hard in weeds? Is there a sealant or glue I could put in there to keep the stuff out?

Any help is greatly!! app. !!

Dude,

Get some of that Green Slim tire lubricant. Walmart has it. My tires used to have a slow leak, I put that stuff in and haven't had a problem since. My biggest problem was running over thorns, that green slime seals it right up. Good luck! OUT

I've heard bad things about that stuff. That it clumps up and your tires become off balance. Is this true?

I run the slime in all 4 tires of my trailblazer. Stuff works great and ive never had any problems. You have to use it right though. Put it in and ride around at diffrent speeds foro 15 minutes or so to even it out. dont worry about a flat again. I first put it in when I ran right over a HUGE mesquite thorn in my left front tire....put it in...sealed it right up like its nothing.. and ive never had a flat in anymore of the tires at all. The only problem is its expensive...runs about $13 a tube where I live.

Yes there is a glue you can put in there it will keep the stuff out. I have never used it and like the slime I have read good and bad things about it. The slime gave me a balance problem above 40 mph. And I don't think it would help much with not getting stuff in the bead might seal it up but you'll still have stuff in there.
Pm 2manytoys about the glue and he can tell you all about it and where to get it he uses it in some of his stuff and says it works real well.
