XR 600R motor into a 400EX

I have an 88 XR 600R that screams and a 400EX.
What would there be to converting the 400EX to accept the 600 motor??
Who would you recommend for the following parts:
Pipe
Electric Starter
Any other custom parts that may be needed
Names and numbers of the shops, please

99 400EX
