does anyone know how to pull the spark arrestor out of a stock exhaust on a 97 warrior?????

 

Well...the baffle is attached to the spark arrestor so I am assuming you want it to be louder? Just removing the spark arrestor wont do anything....the baffle will

So, if you are only wanting to remove the spark arrestor, I can't help you....but if you want to remove the baffle and spark arrestor heres what you do..


1.) Take off pipe from quad, remove bolt from the end.
2.) You will need some source of heat (Mapp Gas, Excedeline w/ or w/o oxygen) to heat the pipe up the endo up the pipe.
3.) Use a chisel or strong small screw drvier to pry the spark arrestor out of the end of the pipe...
4.)Keep heating and prying and heating and prying...eventually it will come free
5.)That's all.
