So i want to get either a Raptor 660r or a banshee. i was wondering which is faster, and if they are as fast as a kdx 200 dirt bike. also i am a beginner and dont really know how to clutch, will it be hard to learn.

thanks

you should get a banshee but it really depends on where your going to ride it. prolly will only take ten minutes before you learn to use the clutch its not really hard

the banshee goes around 72 and the raptor runs about 73. the banshee is mainly for drag racing because mostly all the power is on the top end. if you like a adrenaline rush get a banshee because of the powerband

yea raptor would be better for trail riding because its a 4stroke and u can use the bottom end. u asked how well the bottom end is, the banshee is a 2 stroke so its not really as good for trails and slow stuff u gotta keep your revs up but the banshee would be faster in aceleration and top speed.

yeah you should be able to handle it. there really isnt as much maintainence as everbody says but its still more then a 4 stroke. like hondarider said they are pretty hard to ride in the trails but it only takes a week or so to learn how to keep your revs high enough so that you dont keep fouling plugs up. but i really dont have a problem in the trails banshees are a ton of fun you should definetly get one. then after a while you can start modding them out because banshees love to get more power and speed and they are pretty easy to put on some aftermarket parts

Lapeer if you fdont think you need to do a lot of maintenence you should ride a fourstroke.. I say if your planning on drags get a banshee.. If you want realy manly power you get a raptor... Oh well a banshee is fast anyone can make a 2 stroke go {said by a good man on the forums but i foget who}... If you do go 2 stroke get ready for rebuilds.. and that dumb noise they put out... I hate my little brothers zinger.. 2 strokes sound like a chainsaw.. If i was blind i swear i would think people are riding around on chainsaws...LOL.. I mean there not super bad but i would take a rappy over it anyday
