I have a full exhaust system on my bike and tomorrow I am doing a sprocket. Will I notice a smaller change in my bike from the 12 tooth or larger than the exhaust?

You will see a huge gain on bottom end, and the reverse will be much more manageable! With the exhaust you will wound out a 12tooth sprocket in a hurry. (that is if you have very many staight aways to play in!
