They claim to get a 6-8% increase in HP by adding this rectifier, by cutting power from your charging circuit, when battery is charged it puts all the power to the plugs. anybody by this? has any one tried it? thanks for any unput.

i didnt try it... but if you do a search there was a thread a while back about it... its a waste of money... and the people that i have talked to that used it said it was a waste.

 

You can put a switch in the field wire, when racing just flip the switch and open the circut. Drag racers have been doing this for years on drag cars. It will create a small amount of power, but not 6 to 8 %.
