Whew that was a close one! I almost bought a set from that guy because he had them up for a good price but I wanted to get +1's for XC racing and he didn't have any. I instead ordered some Burgard a-arms from their site because I have heard good things and I could not be happier.

I have heard of Ugly a-arms before. I've seen a few guys run them on their 250R's but this was the first time I have heard anything about them being good or bad. So I guess so far they are 0 and 1......not a good start.

We were looking at them, but my boyfriend didn't really like them. We bought the Strong Arm A-Arms off of ebay. Thanks for the heads up!

There are reasons that LSR,Leager,JBracing and other reputable builders don't need to ebay their items.

But then again its also a little ridiculous that you have to spend over $1,000 for those a-arms. I go to college and it was very difficult for me to be able to rebuild my 250R and be able to go to school. I wish more aftermarket companies out there would make cheaper aftermarket parts for quads. Even a nice set of aftermarket shocks will cost over a grand! Don't get me wrong I know the companies you listed make the best products, but I can keep up with anyone with those a-arms and I paid about $500 less.

I put Walsh plus three plus one long travel a-arms on my cannondale. I love the way i can take any corner without the wheeler lifting its wheels. I wouldn't go with long travel again though, whereas i live in Maine there is a lot of rocky race tracks and those long travel a-arms hit a lot of rocks with there low ground clearance. I still love them though. I also had a 400ex which I put plus two xtreme a-arms on. I thought I'd try some of the cheap a-arms. Those things took forever to squeeze into place. One weekend and four stripped bolts later i got them completly on. Wow weren't they a b**** to get in. I definetly recomend proven companys, unless you now that what you are getting is good.
