Anybody else notice anything like this only in first gear. Taken it back to the dealer.

 

Probably normal. the 450R has a high geared 1st, at low rpm's the engine rattles. This is normal, talks about it in the owner's manual. I'm changing my gearing to a 13t front sprocket. Should be able to idle in 1st after that.

 

SAMETHING HERE I HATE THE SOUND EVERYONE SAYS IT NORMAL.

 

just go faster ... or use the clutch : engage, release, engage, release ... 450r don't have torque at idles, but who drive at this speed ...
