Default BigBear Front Differential

Hey guys. My dads 2000 big bear 400 4x4 was making horiable noises in the front diff. Seems like to us the front right side cv axel was creeping out. So we decided to take it apart an pull the diff out. The right side cv axel came out very easily. Just pulled it right out. The left side won't pull out the diff. We broke the diff open and can't seem to get the gears out. The cv axel that came out seems like it was supposed to have a snap ring on it to keep it in. There is no snap ring on it or inside the differential case.
Anyway, looking for info on how to completely disassemble the diff and what keeps the left side cv axel in.
A service manual would help also.
Thanks.
