I had to get rid of my rancher a few weeks ago, but I am planning on getting a new quad as soon as I can(which will be soon!! I'm going crazy not having a quad.) I know I want either a 300EX or a 400EX. I am 6'4", 210 lbs. I'm leaning towards the 300EX because I mostly trail and road ride, but will it have enough power to haul me around and still be fast? And fill I fit alright on it? I would get the 400EX, but I'm sure I will need reverse, and I don't need the fastest thing out there, is the 300EX pretty fast? Please give me your opinions and help!! I really need it.

I think there is some other posts on this board with the same question. so you may want to look for it to get some more opinions. but I would think being your size you would be most happy on a 400. now some people would argue and say the 300 is plenty big enough. I would encourage you to find one of each and sit on them and see how you like them. see how it feels standing up, sitting down, and the placement of the handle bars and levers. I have a 300ex and love it, reverse is sweet, but I do wish I had some more speed. the 300ex is'nt the fastest quad in the world, but it handles every situation you can throw at it pretty darn good. if your gonna be riding in wide open trails or dirt roads, go with the 400, but if your gonna be in the tight trails in the woods and stuff you may want the 300. but whatever one your leaning towards make sure you go and sit on them both and get a good feel of the size.
