Default Alberta YFZ Prices????

How much you guys in Canada paying for your YFZ's and where'd you guys by them in Alberta specifically. I got my local dealer whom I used to work for to give me one for $9300 + 200 for freight & PDI, was like $10,200 OTD or something with GST, Freight, PDI, you name it. Better this way over 10 G's anyhow, get 7% financing instead of 10-13%. Gonna do four year payments and get it for $250 a month and make lump payments off of it. Just going to pay off my Raptor and decidiing wether I should buy it or wait for the new models, but I can't see them changing the YFZ, maybe up to 450cc, and I don't think it'd make it that noticeable? They are selling them for retail everywhere and I know I won't get it any cheaper anywhere else, so I might as well keep it local.

That's pretty good price, honestly, I know it sounds bad, but I'd rather pay a tad over 10 G's, cause then I get the 7% interest rate over the 10-13% interest rate and just pay it off quicker. It might end up about the same, but if I pay it off quicker it'd probably even out. Plus to squable over $500 on a quad when they have limited availability isn't worth it. I was told a month is what I'd have to wait, so I'm on the decision factor now as to get it or hold off for the '05s. I thought they were out since the LE version of the YFZ 450 were introduced as well as the New Raptor 350?

They both had them in stock when i was there last week. I usually go to the bank to get a loan in stead of a finance company. I just tell the the rate and the ususally match it, my last one is at 7.75 Sometimes you can get a better deal when you have a fist full of money too. Just my 2 cents

That's a pretty good price in Edson, actually anything around here other than retail is a good deal... When I got my Raptor in '01 I ended up paying retail at Riverside, the only deal I got was the PDI and freight for free, so maybe $200. But there was no way I was going to pay retail this time for my YFZ especially in my home town. I told the owner of the store upfront that I was buying the quad either way, wether it was there or out of town, wether I gave him a check for it or financed it. Financing is better for me, doesn't take up space on my line of credit and it's bout the same rate, 7%. That's not too bad, if your under 10 G's they crank it up to 10-13%. $9300 and being up so North in Alberta is actually quite a better deal than most other places in Alberta due to the fact you have to look that he pays more for shipping the machine up here too. I used to work with the guy, so I new right off hand how much he pays for them and everything. I'm not a squabler over $100-200 anyhow..
