Default Starter Enrichment Valve

Ok here is the deal. I took my choke cable off the other day to find out it was still good but the Enrichment valve was bad. I bought a new one, and there is a spring that goes in there. I bought the newest service manual for it too and it does not show me how this thing goes back together. Anyone with help?

It goes like this...put the rubber dust seal on the cable and push it up out of the way, install the cable in the metal holder so you can see the end of the cable, install the plastic nut, install the spring and compress it carefully and put the plunger on the end. The spring goes between the plastic nut and the plunger itself. If it looks like it's nearly impossible to do, you might consider replacing the cable. Sometimes the cable comes apart a bit a the top and doesn't leave enough slack to assemble the carb end.
