Cleaning out axle housing

Default Cleaning out axle housing

Replacing the axle on my Wolverine and there's alot of mud/crap in the housing. How do I get it clean? Pressure washer?

I would not use a pressure washer on it...the bearings might get jammed pretty bad with muck.
Run a clean rag through there a couple of times until you think it is clean then repack with grease prior to assembling.

I've got new bearings to install, but I'll just use a rag somehow. Thanks

never use a presure washer just use a rag and whipe al the dirt off.
