I just installed my new Sparks X^ full system on my Raptor..all I have to say is WOW!! does she ever BARK now...i love it..just one question when I started it for the first time i noticed it was smoking a bit where the header fits into the muffler, so i went to grab them and try to push them tighter..well now i have a black area where theres something off of the rag or the rag burnt to the headpipe, has anyone done this before and also what do you think i can use to get the black stuff off..it really pissed me off.....i havnt been able to go out for a ride yet, still waiting for a arms and front shocks...i am running gytr jet kit 160/165, 25 pilot and 2 1/2 and 2 3/4 on the air screws.3 clip on gytr needles...it seems to run through the entire range good while idling, goes back to idle fine..it did backfire once, thats when i was reving it full throttle, then off, then full throttle again, and off again..i did this in a row a few times(quick full throttle, quick off)and thats the only time it backfired ...does this tell anybody anything about jetting or will i need to ride it to tell...would like to get it as close as possible b4 i put it ALL back together...thanks alot

Hey wish I could help you, I went to clean my ceramic pipe on my 400ex but didnt know what to use, I tested a spot with some polishing stuff, but that didnt quite help.
