CHAPARRAL $UCK$
#1
I was going to order from Rocky Mountain but they didnt have it, but instead purchased some billet grips from Chaparral and they were scratched up like they were drug thru the dirt, plus they were not the same item I had ordered from their catalog. I called them up and its a pain to get a refund from them or an exchange. I am never going thru them again.

Kinda surprises me, I have delt with them many times in the past and had good luck out of them. Hate to hear that you are the one that had to find something like this out. Did you get them to agree to replace them?
Keep me posted I'm curious if they make it right or not.

Go ahead and vent RaptorOwner. I like rocky mountain but the Haulers I odered (which I Love) were out of stock for 1 1/2 months but when they came in they overnited em' to me @ ground cost. Very happy with the weekly updates they gave me. just something to think about.

Yeah I have to send them back to them on my own, unlike Rockymountain, if you get what you didnt pay for or if it were damaged they send you a call tag. Chaparral wont give you the time or day..... Yeah I like there store too when ever I have time to drive by on their sidewalk sale but other than that - I am sticking with Rockymountainatv.
