TCS shock & a-arm are on BUT ?

Yes, but I would leave them alone, the sag is a very good thing and does not hurt you on the jumps as the suspension "tops out" when in the air to deliver the full travel of the shocks upon landing.
The sag has many benefits as I have detailed in past posts, my bike sags approx 3 1/4 inches in the front on stock control arms. If you have extended control arms, you should sag a little more... Todd at TCS probably knows better than you how to set up suspension, I would suggest trying his settings before tinkering with things.

mine SAg about 3 and a half also. Only problem is one side seem to be set to sag less. So they seem to be off. Is there a way to see if they are set the same. Also i still have stock rear shock, so now my rear end sit real high. will this mess up my handeling. My next MOD will be a new rear shock.

Not really. Mine, I think, handles really well, vast improvement over stock. The rear shock just really shows it's weakness now with the much improved fronts. I will be sending my rear off tomorrow or Monday...
The sag is set by the rings between the black spring separater and the collar at the top of the shock. When the 400 is sitting under it's own weight on level ground the top spring should compress to where the top collar and black spring separater are bottomed out on the rings. Count the number of rings on each shock, visually compare their size.
Again, make sure you are on level ground & jump on the quad a couple of times to make sure the suspension is settled, if you are not on level ground, one side will appear to sag less than the other. This is one of the benefits of the sag, it keeps the tires connected to the ground better under uneven terrain....

Gabe, have you ever had a clearance problem? How do feel about this set up for the sand (dunes, sand trails, whoops, etc.)? I don't race, but ride very hard at Little Sahara. This is my next mod (TCS) before my October trip? Think I will be very pleased in your opinion? Thanks!

I'm thinking they will work very well at the dunes. I haven't had any clearance problems, your rear skid plate will still be your limiting factor by far. I think they are most excellent recreational hard riding shocks, heck, that's mostly what I do.
I actually ordered mine so that they would make it for our trip during snake hunt weekend, but UPS lost their shipment of reservoirs and delayed my shocks arrival about a week, so I rode stockers last time we went.
My next favorite thing, next to jumping the dunes is high speeding thru the sand whoop trails, just lifting the fronts and hammering it. I think these will work quite well and can't wait to take them out there. They just handle everything I have thrown at them so much better than stock, my rear is so much of a limiting fac

OK i rode on a track for the first time with my new shocks. They are worth the long wait . I try very hard to bottom them out. I couldn`t. whoops that were ruff before, I couldn`t even tell i was going over them..........I ever nose dive into a hill on a step up jump. My stock shocks would of bottom out and I would of all most went over the handle bars. The TCS shock`s just absorbed the hit. SO The TCS shock`s is the best MOD I have done yet.
