I have an HMF slip on , bike has done 65 hrs with same packing , i cant see inside it , should i repack ??

don't bother yet, 65 hours isn't much at all.
i can't say how long it should last, prolly different for different pipes and different materials.
But I've removed packing on several pipes after 100 hours and still in decent shape.
Jetting will also effect packing life, rich jetting soots it up much faster, lean jetting may burn some types out faster.

 

i pulled the end off my graydon and there was about 2 inchs of packing wonder where it all went? well 10 minutes later it was fresh packed, guess i'm just saying it's easy to check and it makes a big difference.

 

Sandman , big difference ...what do u mean ...power wise or noise level ???

 

noise level, it started to change so slow that i didn't notice the big change, i guess it's like boiling a frog.
