Default Are you?? or are u not?

i talked to ron woods yesterday about this alky kit and he says NOT to run top end lube. so i figured i would ask the guys that have been running it. So who is running top end lube and who is not and why.
Thanks in advance
Rocky

I run klotz uplon top end lube. I think u should run it because alky is dry and when it drys it tends to dry out other things to like gaskets. I think it just makes me fill more comfortable to run it. It wont hurt nuthing. Just mix a quart of that stuff with a drum of alky and ur set to go.Here is the Fuel Lube if you want to read up on it!! Lance

alcohol is very dry compared to gas. the alcohol can wash down your rings. adding top lube will extend the life of rings and reduce friction between cylinder and rings. if you don't want to be changing rings more frequently, use top lube.
