I think if you go that small your chain will have problems rotating, something about the size of links on a 520 chain. Not positive but you should find out for sure before you get one.

Why would you want a 11tooth sprocket? It will bind your chain and eat your slider in no time.

I would rethink getting a 10 or an 11 tooth man. i'd rather go huge in the rear than have messed up chains and sliders ....

Default 11 thooth front sprocket???

well i was running 12 tooth in the front with stock tires and i liked it but i got some new tires went from 20 inch to 22 inch and i want the bottom end back plus i just broke my front sprocket the other day so i have to replace it anyways why would it have problems rotating or eating up the slide?how big in the back can i go and still have an rear skidplate? should i get steel or aluminum?how many teeth in the back equals teeth in the front i heard its around 3 to 1 is this right?

thank you for all your help

Like mentioned above the turn that the chain would have to make is kinda tight for a 520 or whatever... Im not sure how big you can go in the rear but it's better to go bigger rear...I think it is like 3 to 1... the smaller c/s sprocket will put a lot more wear as well.... I'd go w/ steel vs. aluminum...

I agree with everyone. Don't go smaller than a 12 tooth or you'll just eat up your chain, etc.

I'm running a 12 tooth front and a 42 tooth rear. The stock is 13/40, so if you want to change
your gear ratio, buy another 12 tooth and a larger rear sproket. Choose a size that meets
your needs.
