Default polaris lubricants

does anyone know what the polaris synthetic gear case lubricant is, as in atf, gear oil, or engine oil? the same with the premium demand drive hub fluid. I have a 2003 scrammy and I like to get my own fluids, as I am pretty sure that someone makes the fluids for Polaris like all other companies.

for hubs, you can get ATF fluid, such as Mobil 1 Automatic Transmission Fluid, it works fine. AMSOil syn. gear case lube will work for your gear case. there are others, but i dont know them. somebody else will come along

Like DG said, ATF type f or Mobil 1 synthetic ATF in the hubs. Amsoil Series 2000 Chaincase lube for the trans. I have also heard that Klotz makes a chaincase lube as well. Those are your only 2 substitutes. Engine oil, go with either Mobil 1 0W-40 "European Car Formula" or Amsoil 0W-40 "4 Stroke Formual" synthetic oil. Stay with the 0W-40. The engine was designed for that viscosity
