Change oil after the first 20 hours and every 100 hours after that. Clean the air filter every 20 hours and keep the radiator clean with a garden hose. That is about it.

Keep the front diff, read diff, trans oil fresh. Change it annually (or more often if you really swamp it). I think there are a few zirks on that (maybe at the bottom of the struts and maybe a few in the u-joints on the drive shafts) machine.

yeah there is only three zerks on the machine i think...one on the prop shaft comming out of the trans going to the front end which only needs 3 pumps at most ....the other two are at the bottom of the struts there isnt any on a arms or any u joints.... there might be a fourth zerk on the first u joint on the prop shaft comming out of the trans going forward...

geeze every time you change the oil you have to tear the engine apart....im sure your right but that dont make sence....I mean do you adjust the valves on a car or truck every 100 hrs the valves probably never get ajusted even in 200 thousand miles...so whats the deal with 4 wheelers that are 4 strokes??? Well I have had many fourwheelers and have never adjusted the valves even after breakin just because you should'nt have to do it...

You are "suppose to" do it every 100 hours. Most dont though. I only do it once a year. It isnt very hard and it does make a noticeable difference if they are adjusted properly. You have to remember that this motor uses solid lifters, not hydrolic lifters. Therefore, they need a little more attention than your everyday grocery getter.
