Its a cheap way to pick up 1000 rpm, no problem with the CDI unit, that stock plug was a bear to get off, the rectifier was also a add on , and was easy, but I had a problem with it, but ProCom replaced it no questions asked.

Did the Rectifier actually do any good? Seems like it would only help if the battery was at full charge and you aren't running any extra's. It would be great if for $50-$60 a guy could pick up a few HP..

I found on another forum that they make cdi's for several different distributors. you can tell if it is theres by the part # on the cdi. it will start with "pe-c" meaning Procomm Engineering Cdi. anybody see these letters on there cdi's?
