Is it necessary to remove the fuel tank from my '01 Raptor to change the spark plug? Thanks!

 

NO. The tool kit that comes with the raptor has a hex socket with an rubber grommet that picks up the tip of the plug
when unscrewed. Use the holes in the end of the hex socket to install a screwdriver to turn the socket. Hope thats not a vintage 01 plug in that quad.
