I have a gio 110cc and 90cc. both ran great last summer but a little stubborn to start when cold. Now they will only start with quick start but will not keep running. I have taken carb apart and cleaned but still same results. Gas is getting to carburator but spark plug seems dry. Not sure if this would be a valving issue. If anyone can help it would be appreciated. thank you.

 

If gas is getting to the carb but the plug is dry,sounds like either jets are still stopped up or possible needle and seat stuck not allowing fuel into the bowl. Drain the bowl screw first to see if fuel is getting into the carb. If it is,then I'd recheck the main and pilot jet. Gotta see daylight through them.

 

ya make sure all the jets are clean. When cleaning one of mine i did not realize it actually had holes around the outside. Took a pin to poke the crap out..

You are getting spark right?
