Any tricks to get out screws with striped heads??

Depends on the head....is it philips? If so try putting the screw driver in the slot, and smack the end of the screw driver, with a hammer, like you would a nail. This helps to seat the philips in the screw, and loosens the threads, and tiny bit. If its too far gone for that, then use a chisel, and hammer, to spin it out. Either way itll be tossed when youre done. Use anti sieze, on the next screw, and itll be much easier to remove next time.

I recommend the slotting method and using a flat screwdriver as already recommended. Also, a pair of small, needle-nose vise grips work very well too.
