ajusting valves??
#2
1. Remove Gas tank
2. remove small valve covers on intake and exhaust
3. set engine to TDC using alignment mark on flywheel (you have to remove the small cover with a screw slot in it on the side cover).
Align with the T mark to the hash mark on the case
4. Get out a set of feeler guages and set the valves accoring to the sticker on your quad.
This is off the top of my head so it may not be a perfect set of instructions, if you don't know how to do this for the first time its prob a good idea to shell out the $20.00 for a service manual (Haynes, Clymer).
