how restrictive is an outerwear?

would you feel a power difference between a removed lid with k&n filter and a removed lid with a outerwear on the k&n for a yfz? and if so how much power?

u get the equal air flow if there was a difference you couldn't notice it becaouse it is so slight, they just keep the access dust and little particles out
