FMF PC IV-2 or Supertrapp IDS2

I have no experience with the Supertrapp on a sport quad, but I love my FMF Power Core IV-2 on my 400EX. It made a huge difference. It has so much more muscle. Sounds sweet too. I don't have to downshift nearly as much and it's throttle response improved greatly. Made my 400 much quicker. Great pipe.

Installed the FMF megmax2 with header(comes together)on wifes 00 300ex.rejett,open airbox and better filter.much stronger throughout, revs quicker, add 14t front sprocket for better top end.Engine has no problem pulling wheelies with blip of throttle in 1st and 2nd,3rd requires a little tug on bars. This is still with stock rear tires.

My friend has the FMF Power Core IV-2 on his 300EX, and from what I can tell, loves it. He has the Hi-Flow header as well.
I have the Power Core IV-2 on my 400EX, and love it. I only have the silencer, but could tell a huge difference. It revs a LOT faster, and has tons of low-end power.
I had the Mega-Max II before hand. The disc system was simple, but I just didn't care for it. That's just personal preference though. I have heard the Mega Max II on a 300EX, and it sounds sweet. It's not nearly as loud as the Power Core IV-2, and has a DEEP, mellow sound.
Either way you go, I think you will be satisfied. If you want a load of power, go with the PC IV-2, but if you are worried about noise levels, and you ride in the woods a lot, go with the Mega Max II. That's my opinion.

Well, you have 11 discs plus an end piece. The discs are sort of like oval pieces that have holes in the middles. You stack those on top of each other, put the end piece on the top of the chosen number of discs, and screw the included bolts through the holes in the discs into the silencer. The fewer discs you put on, the quieter, but the lower the power increase. The more you put on, the louder it is, but you gain more power. I'm not sure how it is on the other systems, but this is the way it is on the Mega Max II.

Does the PC IV-2 not come with a spark arrestor?
I do alot of trail riding but most of the trails I ride on have biger jumps and are higher speed trails. I am looking for something to give me a little more botom end. I kinda am worried about noise my neighbor has called the cops on me befor.
I was on my land and I wasnt breaking any laws so I dont realy care.
