IMS products is the maker of all big bore kits I believe. As far as I know, they make the sleeves, then they package a JE or Wiseco piston with it and some gaskets and send it off for resale to White Bros, Parts Unlimited, and every other dealer under the sun.

Nobody "makes" 440 kits. These companies assemble them and charge you for it. Wiseco and JE make the 89mm pistons. Advanced Sleeve and LA Sleeve make the 89mm sleeves. Companies like Cometic make the gaskets. You can order all the stuff from Wiseco yourself and spend $199 plus shipping, or you can give someone like CT or IMS almost $400 just so they can put the three pieces in a box and call it a kit.

IMS makes two kits. One kit has room to overbore one time and the other has room for two overbores. The one that allows for two overbores is slghtly less than a true 440 kit and is more for the average trail rider whereas the other is more for the racer market.

RCR (Ritter Cycle Racing) has one.. I think his uses the JE piston. Thumper Racing has one.. Both have full knowledge of how to port the head and set it up for the increased compression and displacement. Both have machine shop services. I think Thumper uses the Honda High-performance camshafts that are originally for the 400cc dirtbike.. Im not sure what RCR uses.. Both are GREAT companies with excellent service reputations... I would NOT go with a Mickey Onelap set-up (FST) While i havent personally dealt with him, theres GOT to bea a reason SO MANY people bad mouth that place.
