Grizzly valve adjustment

Easy. Take off your front rack- 4 bolts. 2 on the front, and 2 that are kind of hidden. After you have the front rack off, you can take off the black plastic hood under the rack. This exposes your transmission vent and all. There are 2 holes on each side of the speedometer assembly under the black hood where you can fit a socket extension down to 2 bolts that hold the gas tank on. Get those. Take the seat off, there are 2 more there that also hold the tank on. After you get all these bolts off, take off the gas cap, remove the plastic cover for it. Then disconnect your fuel gauge wire. Turn off your fuel petcock so no more gas will come out. Take a phillips screwdriver and stick it up in that hole in the plastic fuel petcock **** and take the **** itself off. Disconnect the fuel line from either the tank or the carb, and boom, you can just pull the tank up and out. Sounds like a lot off crap by reading this, but its simple.
I hate doing it cause my winch switch is mounted to my front rack, and I always have to take it off to get the rack off.

I just finished up. It wasn't bad at all except that the valves were in spec so it was a waste of time even though it is a required service interval. The only way to know if they are in spec is to check and I am glad I didn't give the dealer the $150.00 they wanted.
