Pull it? - Yes
Stop it? - No
Keep it on the highway when a big rig blows past you - Nope
In short - don't do it. Way too much trailer for the vehicle size. Some may make the case that the V-6 will have enough power and that brakes on the trailer will be OK for stopage, but the sheer size of the trailer will overwhelm a little truck like a Tacoma. With a trailer that size, one sudden swerve in traffic will see the Tacoma lying on it's side. Also consider that even if you can make a Tacoma pull that size trailer, it would kill your truck fairly soon. Take a look at the towing specs in your manual and try to pull a load thats about 75% to 80% of the recommended max.
