Predator, Clamp on filter VS Aftermarket airbox Qs
#1
I see alot of guys are either moding the stock air box or buying an aftermarket one. I am thinking about a Twin Air clamp on(from what i see it works well with the stock carb). but when i see so many people still running an airbox i wonder if there is any benefits other then not getting the filter wet/muddy?
Any input would be helpful,

the ds runs the same carb stock and mr hp showed that the carb mount filter actually caused loss of power on the dyno, it had to do with it being a vacuum type carb, well it seems to work better with the box on the ds, seems it would be the same.
