Default Plastic Trimming Advice

Anyone have any advice on trimming fenders? I've done it a couple of times, but have a hard time getting them exactly symmetrical. Just used a hacksaw blade and then a file afterwards to smooth edges.

Any advice on how to get a more professional look would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Ken

Make a pattern first, and then draw it on the fenders. When you do the cut, cut about 1/4'' away from the line. Then you have plenty of room to work with the file to remove any mistakes you made with the blade.

Draw the lines on the fender with a dry erase marker. That way you can draw many different patterns until you get the one you like. The lines just wipe off after each try.

i would use dremel, alot easier, get tape and crease the edges where you want to cut , then cut where the tape is
