If you guys want brakes on your blaster, you can get the unit from Kasea, which they sell as a kit for 200 bucks, which is a lot cheaper than Trenga and probably just as if not more reliable

Last year their web site said that the 2000 Blaster had "light weight aluminum rims". NOT on my 2000 or anyone elses.

I called Yamaha and asked them if they were going to ship me the aluminum rims. They redirected me to the bottom of all of their adds that state someting to the effect that Yamaha products can be different (subject to change) than what the specification states.

So I said "Are you going to fix the add? since this is false advertising."

Yamaha's answer: "No, no, no sir. We will not be changing the add untill the 2001 models come out".
