Default 2003 raptor problems

I was riding my raptor the other day and it started to spit and sputter whenever you hit the throttle. It starts up and idles fine, but as soon as you hit the gas it spits and sputters like the rev limiter is stuck. I usually run 87 octane but this time i filled it up with 110 octane race gas. I have the CT full exhuast on it and K&N pro flow kit. It has stock jets because i haven't changed them out yet. It ran great with the pipe and filter and stock jets. It was ran for about 3 hours with the 110 octane in it before it started to mess up. After it started to spit and sputter i tried riding it back to the truck. It knocked off and i started it back up and it ran fine for about 2 seconds then started messing up again. You can ride it while it spits and sputters and rock it and it will sound like it wants to run normal. The spark plug looks fine and i can't find any loose wires. I feel that it is something electrical. Any help would be great.

Also check your air filter and make sure it's dry. Are you running a high compression piston? If not, 110 octane is just a waste of money. Premium pump gas is plenty for a stock compression raptor.
