I just put on toomey t5's and 280 jets from 300s. Its bored .30 over, I did not mess with the needle and there was reed spacers on the wrong sides so i switched then. Now it wont start, but i did get it to start once by puttin sum gas in the carb end where the air filter is. Please help me. And this thing has absolutly no speed off idle until the powerband kicks in. There is a 4 degree timing key in it would that be making that. what do i need to do?
