How does the front brake drum come off of a Blaster?

Do I need to remove the axle castle-nut? If so, what is the torque spec fro putting it back on?

My buddies Blaster has a rock (so I think) stuck in their. We have to get it out today so we can ride tonight.

Yes you have too remove the cotter key and the nut to remove the drum. After you get it off and get the rock out, then take a wire brush and clean the pads and the drum or use some fine sand paper and clean the glazing off the inside of the drum. If you got a air compressor then blow it out too. Just remember to wear a dust mask. That stuff will kill ya! Also if ya got it use some spray brake cleaner like for cars to clean of the dust and dirt. Might as well do some maintence while you got the thigh torn apart, right!!
