Default 01 Raptor tie rod end which way does it go? up or down.

Hi, I looked on roonies.com (the link is below) and it shows the outer tie rod end( the one that goes on the hub not the streeing stem piece) with the threads faceing down, with the nut on teh bottom, it is not like this on mine, does anyone know which is right or have a picture of teh right way? thanks

I don't have either of the manuals, and yes it is stock, so which is the correct way?
