rad shrouds will they keep mud off of radiator?

rad shrouds will they keep mud off of radiator?
i have been running some harescramble races and was wondering if shrouds would keep mud from plugging the radiator and overheating the quad, also what oversize gas tank is everyone running?

They wont keep mud from getting into your radiator. They channel airflow towards the radiator. Would probably hurt more than they help for the type of racing you do.
