Default 2004 kfx 400

I have a kfx 400 that is losing antifreeze after a short ride. While idling it don't smoke, but when you Rev it while idling it will blow out white smoke not alot but the first Rev is quite a bit.then after it blows out smoke and you Rev it alot more it stops but if you let it sit there for another couple of minutes and Rev it it will blow out white smoke again. It don't completely lose antifreeze but it lowers in the radiator. Any suggestions?

Well,.it sure sounds like you are leaking antifreeze into the combustion chamber. Time to check compression. How does your oil look?

Oil looks great. Brand new oil and it's not milky or discolored. It's all in the upper end.

I would be surprised if your antifreeze is a problem as most is now suitable for aluminium engines. Check on the container if you think it may not. Some makers specify "long life" antifreeze, not sure what the difference is, apart from cost but my Ford car is supposed to need it. Some car oils have friction modifiers which make wet clutches slip, those "suitable for motorcycles" don't have these. During the pandemic our supplier changed the make of oil they sent us, and we soon got Suzuki Eigers back, after we serviced them, with slipping clutches. We went back to the original type oil and no more problems.
