Steve:
The USFS told me that the AR state license is not required on an ATV titled out of state. Otherwise, you need it to ride public property. The USFS trailheads request a 3 dollar fee for parking.

But try to go to the ozark natl forest trails if you have time. You will not be disappointed.

Me and my friends ride about ever other weekend just South of Pine Bluff (50 miles south of Little Rock) if you would like to join us. We ride a 35 mile trail with lots of mud / creeks. Were are old farts and don't get in any hurry or ride stupid. Contact me and we will setup a ride.

theres places to ride in magnet cove(malvern exit I30), Wilbern north of heber springs, Jack Mountain that over by Hot Springs. My soon to be inlaws have a deercamp up in the ozark nat. forest that is north of morrilton that is very promising for atv'n (only rode up there once, hopefully more riding once the baby is born)

Nascar fan- where are you guys riding at down in Pine Bluff. I'm down there alot, my fiance is from woodlawn.

I live 10 miles from the Ozarks at most and there are a ton of trails in the forest. Mud, rocks, everything. Though they do have water bars in some part of the forest. Also, i'm not too sure what it is but you have to have a little yellow sticker on your ATV to ride in the forest or it is a fine and your ATV may get taken away if caught without it. To get the sticker you have to have all of the papers on your ATV also.
