Header Paint- Warrior
#1
I have a warrior and the motor is in hte shop right now.. and my header is brown.. i am wondering if there is any paint i can use to paint it CHROME or SS color to match my Alba Pipe.. im gonna sand blast it.. and then paint it.. it just looks bad when its that black/brown then CHROME color.. and any way to get my mid pipe back to a chrome after its been heated. to turn brown

The only thing that will hold up to the heat will be to have it ceramic coated or aluminum flame sprayed. The ceramic coating I think is the best, the aluminum flame spray I believe only comes in white and gold.

To be honest, the paint will burn off at the header. I have had no luck with header paint. But if you want to try it, go to your local automotive parts dealer and ask them for some.

also any idea how to make a rear skid for a warrior..
3x3 angle iron, 2pieces. bent to line up with holes. drill holes. but a piece of 3/16 sheet metal weld that on.. and put in a few braces.. sound like it woudl work?
