Yep! it's official!!!! An 800cc Polaris utility atv will be availible as an '05 model!!!!

 

Some kind of proof would be nice, this isn't the first time we have heard that....

 

My dealer went to see it at the plant last week, he confirmed it will be out as an '05 model, and will be on display
at the 50th anniversary party on july 24th. He also said that all "new" models released will have E.F.I., and eventully
all polaris atv's will be sold with only E.F.I. availible. Belive it or not, but it is coming!!!

 

did he say anything about any new sport atvs?? like any new preds or a more freakin powerful trailblazer

 

Well I am going to that July 24th party so I guess I will know FOR SURE then. Did he see anything else? Was it a Sportsman? Did they change anything else own the older ones? We need info!

I won't beleive that until I see it. I thought there were laws in certain states that a quad in not a quad after 800lbs.

 

If they are using the existing 700 twin motor as a base, then they are probably just tuning it back up to its original displacement of close to 800cc's. The 700 twin was actually de-tuned by about 100cc's

Yep, but a hole new engine would be awesome. Come on Polaris drop that MSX 150 engine in that sucker! LOL
