Default #*@# Brass screws

I hate the brass screws Polaris put on my carb. I understand they keep you from over torqueing, but holy crap, I stripped out three just taking them out! Good thing I had the Dremel to cut them to slots and got them out. Couldn't find steel ones at Home Depot or the auto parts store and the dealer has to order them. Great, wait a week for more weak a$$ screws. Anyone else run in to this, and if so, where did you find new steel screws. With all the rain we've had, there is mud calling my name. Too bad my carb is in a bucket in the house.
