Default Finially Ordered My E-Series!

Hey Ladies and Gentalmen, I finially ordered my WB E-Series for my scrammy. It will be in neer the end of the week. Just a few questions.
How hard is it to jet your ATV? I mean would I be able to do it with the help of my dad (I am 17 and know a little when it comes to engines but nuthing about changing Jets)
and Is the silencer easy to install yourself?

Thanks
Ty

it is VERY easy to put the silencer on, and not too hard to change jets.

well you should know that exhaust and intake go hand in hand.

upgrading only the exhaust will give a slightly noticeable power increase. to get the full effect of the pipe, youll need to upgrade the intake side as well.

so if you bought the WB e series(good choice), i would recommend the k&n power kit. it comes with filter and jets to up grade for more flow. should come with instructions too. purty simple if your mechanically inclined. this is what i have. so i know it works.

plus, it sounds BADDASS!!! it will RUMBLE!!

great man, ya I got a K&N filter on it now and they are K&N Jets I got ordered. SO It isn't too hard to manually change? cause with what labor prices are now I don't really wanna bring it in to get them done, ya know what I mean?

If you run the 8 discs like WB recomends you will not need to rejet.I didnt have to and I run the WB e with a K&N .Dont expect a huge improvement on the topend. This pipe is designed to make low-mid power. To see the most improvment you will need to reclutch your clutching to meet your needs. You dont need the high engagement with a 500HO but you will need fast shiftout and better back shift.

Basic tools, sockets/screwdrivers/wrenches. Just be careful with the brass screws on the carb, they strip easy (I have another thread venting on that issue). ScramblerXrated is right, you'll love the way it will sound. You may want to go to Polaris and download a parts manual, it's free, and will give you a breakdown of the carb (along with everything else).
