yeah installing the pipe is very easy. I used to have a 500 we put a E-series slip-on on it. After doing a plug check i lieft the jetting the same. Most polaris's come from the factory jetted very rich the pipe made the plug go from black to brown so I just left it. Keep in mind I was using the stock air filter at the time.

Changing the jet is a little labor intensive but easy. YOu do have to remove the front plastic and gas tank. Then you can access the carb, Unbolt it and flip it over. There is a drain bolt on the bottom of the float bowl (bottom of carb) Once you remove that (gas will drain out) the main jet is inder that bolt. You MAY have to drill out a brass plug to access the air/fuel screw. Just drill a very small hole and screw in a screw and pull the plug out.
