if I remove my airbox lid what jetting do you (dynojet guys) reccomend, and air screw and needle slot, with full pipe and filter(See profile) about 600-700 ft ASV I know someone around this area has to run like this, and its a pain trial & error , and will it increase the power that much ?

Try 146 and 148 mains and 27.5 pilot. Yes it will increase your power. I would start there but you may like it.

I live in Tennessee....i have a 01 raptor that has a stage 2 hotcam, full yoshi competetion system, and a K&N air filter.....I think my jetting is close but i have a 150 and a 155 with the needle half way....does anyone have a clue if this is pretty close.

I had a similar setup and went with 148/150. I was trying to remember why the change. Did the directions reference running with an open airbox or just cutting the snorkle flap out?
